To proactively prevent storm Kalmaegi, Khanh Hoa requires reviewing locations prone to landslides, housing collapses and ensuring the supply of essential goods.
Schools are assigned the task of developing make-up study plans to ensure the completion of the school year program according to regulations.
For the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones, organize specific statistics on the number of aquaculture cages in coastal areas; count the number of people on the cages; coordinate with the Provincial Military Command to deploy measures to evacuate and tie them to shore before 12:00 on November 6.

The storm may reach level 13-14, level 16-17 in the Truong Sa area (Khanh Hoa) and in the offshore waters from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa; level 12-13, level 15 above the coastal waters (including the Ly Son area).
From around the evening of November 6, the storm can directly affect the mainland area from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa with the strongest wind near the storm center at level 10-12, level 14-15, the old Central Highlands region may also have strong winds of level 8-9, level 11, the area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa may have heavy to very heavy rain.
