On the morning of June 24, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 high school graduation exam and members directly inspected the preparation for the exam at 2 exam locations in Dien Khanh district, Nha Trang city.
Accordingly, the 2025 high school graduation exam will take place on June 26 and 27, Khanh Hoa province has 14,780 candidates registered to take the high school graduation exam.
Of which, 14,537 candidates took the 2018 General Education program, 243 candidates took the 2006 General Education program.
The locality has arranged 35 exam locations, with 629 exam rooms, including 1 exam location of Au Co Secondary School (Nha Trang City) with 9 exam rooms for candidates registering to take the exam under the 2006 General Education program.
The whole province mobilized about 2,440 people to participate in organizing the exam. Of which, about 2,150 cadres, teachers, staff, and security forces will participate in the task at the exam locations. The test supervisor and supervisor alone have about 1,730 people.
Through checking the exam scores at Hoang Hoa Tham High School (Dien Khanh District), the exam scores at Nguyen Thien Thuat High School (Nha Trang City), Mr. Dinh Van Thieu assessed: the exam scores have been proactively prepared carefully and thoroughly with facilities and resources for the exam.
Exam rooms, exam room, exam questions, candidate equipment management area, health room, reserve exam room... have been arranged in accordance with regulations; the departments participating in the exam work have been fully trained, in detail, and ready for the exam.
Mr. Thieu suggested that from now until the exam day (September 26 and 27), the Department of Education and Training of Khanh Hoa province should actively coordinate with relevant units, absolutely not be subjective.
"This year's exam has a special point when taking place in the context of implementing the merger and transfer of the operation of the two levels of government, which is also the first exam of the new program, so the education sector must closely review, ensure the exam takes place safely, proactively take measures to handle any situations arising during the exam organization process" - Mr. Thieu emphasized.
Mr. Vo Hoan Hai - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Khanh Hoa province - informed that this year, the work of receiving exam questions will be different from previous years. The Department receiving the high school graduation exam has been encrypted by the exam preparation council and sent to the system of the Government Equipment Committee.
The starship printing committee consists of 17 people mobilized from leaders, department specialists, staff, and teachers of some affiliated units who have been completely quarantined from 8:00 a.m. on June 14 until the end of the exam. The Department has also coordinated with the Provincial Police to deploy plans to ensure confidentiality, safety, seriousness, and compliance with regulations.
On June 25, the exam will be transported and handed over to 35 exam locations. Of which, Nha Trang City has the most exam scores with 13 points, Ninh Hoa Town has 6 points, Cam Ranh City has 3 points, Van Ninh District has 4 points, Dien Khanh District has 4 points, Cam Lam District has 3 points, Khanh Vinh 2 districts have 1 point, Khanh Son has 1 point.
All exam locations have prepared a reserve exam room, a paper box to store candidates' personal belongings, documents and items that are not allowed to be brought into the room and a minimum exam room distance of 25m in the exam location.
