Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran The Cuong - Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training - affirmed that this year's high school graduation exam took place in a very special context.

First of all, the whole country is currently implementing the arrangement of the local government apparatus at 2 levels, not organizing at the district level and arranging provincial administrative units.

In addition, this year's exam has a larger number of candidates, an increase of nearly 100,000 candidates nationwide. Hanoi alone increased by more than 15,000 students compared to last year, still the locality with the largest number of candidates in the country. At the same time, the exam is organized for students studying the 2018 General Education Program and the 2006 General Education Program.

With the scale and complexity of this year's high school graduation exam, the Director of Hanoi Department of Education and Training emphasized that organizing the exam requires the smooth and close coordination of the education and training sector with all levels, sectors, localities and the participation of the entire political system.

Mr. Tran The Cuong stated that in the spirit of the success of the city's recent 10th grade entrance exam and the points that need to be drawn from experience, Hanoi will have to organize better in the high school graduation exam taking place after 2 more days.

In addition, Mr. Cuong said that in addition to the inspection teams of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the Ministry of Education and Training will also send regular inspection teams to ensure that the exam in the city is serious, objective, honest, safe and effective.

Providing guidance on the work of considering the high school graduation exam in 2025, Mr. Nghiem Van Binh - Head of the Exam Management and Quality Assessment Department, Hanoi Department of Education and Training - thoroughly grasped the principle of "3 no - 4 is true - 6 is clear" to all cadres performing this task.

In which, "3 no's" is not negligent, subjective; not too stressed, pressured and not self-consciously handling situations. "4 is correct" is in accordance with regulations, instructions; correct, complete procedures; correct position, position, responsibility and handling situations according to instructions. The spirit of "6 clear" includes clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear authority, clear time and clear results.

In addition to the exam preparation process and tasks of the head and deputy head of the exam scoring points, Mr. Binh explained and instructed the exam supervisors across the city on new points and important notes throughout the task implementation process in accordance with the Regulations and directives.

Also at the Conference, representatives of the professional departments PA03 and PA06 of Hanoi City Police also conducted guidance on identifying and clarifying acts with signs of fraud and training on anti-fraud skills in exams, especially fraud through the use of high-tech equipment.
