All exam rooms must ensure a minimum area of 30m2/room, with 24 exam tables/room arranged in accordance with regulations. The security and storage system is fully equipped with a security iron cabinet, a 2-layer locking system and sealing according to standards.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong said that the 2025 high school graduation exam has its own unique characteristics because it is the first exam according to the 2018 General Education Program and there are still candidates taking the exam according to the 2006 General Education Program. Therefore, the Steering Committee must organize two councils to print exam questions.
In addition, the exam also takes place in the context of the whole country resolutely implementing the arrangement of organizations, management apparatus, and inspectorates of ministries and branches transferred to the Government Inspectorate, district police transferred to commune police... The above changes have a great impact on the direction of the exam.
The Deputy Minister requested that the exam must be conducted safely, smoothly, seriously, objectively, concisely and effectively; there must be close coordination between departments and branches.
The Deputy Minister emphasized the communication work of the exam, so that candidates, parents, and exam preparation staff can clearly understand the exam. "If the test is exposed while the candidate is still doing the test, it will violate regulations and expose state secrets, and could be prosecuted," said Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong.
In addition, the Deputy Minister requested that the graduation exam organization process must comply with regulations, procedures, and assigned duties and responsibilities. Do not arbitrarily handle unusual situations because the risk is very high, it is necessary to seek collective opinions.
