Accordingly, Mr. T.H. T - Vice Principal of Ha Huy Tap High School (Tay Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province) - was disciplined with a warning. The disciplinary period is 12 months.
Mr. T.H. T is also the Head of the high school graduation exam site at Ngo Gia Tu High School exam site.
For other teachers performing exam supervision duties, if errors occur at exam room No. 0577 of Ngo Gia Tu High School exam site, units and localities managing these officials and teachers will consider and handle them according to regulations.
Previously, a student posted information on social networks, claiming that on the exam day of June 12, at the Ngo Gia Tu High School exam site, a case occurred where a candidate was discovered using materials and a phone during the Physics exam of the 2026 high school graduation exam.
According to the posted content, despite violating the exam regulations, this candidate was not recorded by the invigilator for handling according to regulations and continued to do the test until the end of the time.
Through inspection, functional agencies determined that the candidate brought a phone into exam room number 0577 and was discovered and seized by the invigilator during the optional exam (first subject).
However, there is no basis to determine that candidates brought "paper cheat sheets" into the exam room.
The Khanh Hoa Provincial High School Graduation Exam Council in 2026 then met and decided to cancel the results of all exam papers of candidates in exam room No. 0577 due to violations of exam regulations.
