The project to renovate and expand alley 381 Nguyen Khang (Cau Giay ward, Hanoi) is about 340m long, connecting the planned Thanh Thai road with Nguyen Khang road.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Cau Giay Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board said that 103 organizations, households, and individuals have land recovered to implement the project.
Up to now, site clearance has been completed, with the consensus of 100% of households.
Currently, the locality is implementing bidding to construct the project, setting a goal to complete the road in 2026, synchronously with the Ring Road 2.5 project in the ward.

According to Lao Dong's records, in recent days, the demolition of works within the scope of the Nguyen Khang 381 alley expansion project has been urgently implemented by relevant units.
Currently, most of the works within the project scope have been dismantled and demolished. Waste and construction waste have also been urgently moved to create a clean ground.
Alley 381 Nguyen Khang is narrow, only 3-4m wide, often congested, especially during peak hours, greatly affecting people's travel and daily life.
We hope the project will be completed soon, so that traffic will be convenient, and the lives of people along the route will also change" - Ms. Le Thi Hang (living in alley 381 Nguyen Khang) shared.

After completing the expansion, alley 381 Nguyen Khang has a cross-section of about 21.5m, expected to contribute to improving people's travel conditions, reducing congestion and gradually completing the regional transport infrastructure.
According to statistics from the Cau Giay Ward Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board, there are 35 households eligible to be arranged for resettlement apartments at apartment building N01 (Tran Thai Tong - Duy Tan intersection, Cau Giay ward), about 1km from their old residence.
It is known that the compensation level for site clearance for the project to expand alley 381 Nguyen Khang is highest at 82 million VND/m2.
