In addition to 31 majors considered for admission under this method in 2024, it is expected that in 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education will apply a number of majors: History - Geography Pedagogy, Geography Pedagogy, Tourism, International Studies to expand opportunities for candidates.
The results of the 2025 H-SCA exam will have schools using them to consider admission for part of the quota, including: Hanoi National University of Education, Hanoi National University of Education 2, Hanoi National University of Education - Hue University, Hanoi National University of Education - Da Nang University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, Nguyen Tat Thanh University.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Education noted that the list of schools may be updated and supplemented. Candidates should follow the admission information of the universities they are interested in.
This year's H-SCA exam is expected to be held in 3 large-scale rounds, which will meet about 30,000 candidates (3 times higher than in 2024).
The exam is held at 8 locations in 3 regions of the South, Central and Central Highlands.
The exam locations include: Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (main campus in Ho Chi Minh City along with 2 Branches in Long An and Gia Lai provinces), Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, Can Tho University, University of Education - University of Da Nang, University of Education - University of Hue, Central Highlands University.
According to Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, the 2025 exam is designed with many improvements in the structure of questions and knowledge content in the spirit of closely following the 2018 general education program.
Of which, the knowledge content of the 12th grade program accounts for 70-80%, the rest is the knowledge content of the 10th and 11th grade program.
The English proficiency assessment test will approach the format of the proficiency assessment test from level 3 to level 5 according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam.
