Previously, from January 20, the registration portal for the first round of competency assessment exams was opened for candidates to register.
Candidates register to take the exam completely online, each candidate uses an account to register, print the exam reports, view the exam results and download the results.
During the registration process and taking the exam, candidates will be arranged to take the exam at the nearest exam location. The contest notice is created about a week before the contest date. Candidates must log into their account to print the exam registration form and use it when taking the exam. At the same time, candidates must use the original citizen identification card or ID card when taking the exam.
From 2025, VNU-HCM will only issue electronic exam results certificates, not paper results certificates. Candidates can download the results certificate from their account and use it to register for admission.
The first round of the National High School equestrian Exam of VNU-HCM was held on March 30 in 25 provinces/cities, including: Thua Thien Hue, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Binh Thuan, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Dong Thap, Vinh Long, An Giang, Can Tho, Kien Giang, Bac Lieu and Ca Mau.
The results will be announced on April 16, 2025.
According to the plan, VNU-HCM will continue to organize the second round of the exam on June 1, 2025. Candidates can register for the exam from April 17 to May 7, 2025.
The exam took place in 11 provinces/cities, including: Thua Thien Hue, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Tien Giang and An Giang.
The results will be announced on June 16, 2025.
This year's VNU-HCM competency assessment test consists of 120 questions. Candidates have a total test time of 150 minutes. The maximum score of the test is 1,200 points, each question has a different weight depending on the difficulty. In which, the Language Use section is 600 points; Mathematics is 300 points and Scientific Thinking is 300 points.
