On April 11, the Criminal Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) coordinated with Dien Bien Provincial Police and PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP) under Vietnam National Group of Industry - Energy to organize the inauguration ceremony and attach a plaque to the school building of Huoi Lech Ethnic Minority Boarding Primary School, Muong Toong commune, Dien Bien province.
Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Ha - Director of the Criminal Police Department; Mr. Lo Van Cuong - Standing Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee; Major General Vu Van Dau - Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police.
Accordingly, the project includes a 2-story school building with 6 classrooms, fully equipped with teaching and learning equipment and auxiliary items. The project has a total investment of 5 billion VND, funded by Dien Bien Provincial Police connecting with the Criminal Police Department and PVEP.
After more than 5 months of construction, the project has been completed and put into use, meeting the teaching and learning needs of the school. Bringing excitement to officials, teachers, students and local people.
At the ceremony, Mr. Lo Van Cuong respectfully thanked the attention and support of the Criminal Police Department, PVEP and sponsoring units for accompanying the province in developing the cause of education, especially in areas with many difficulties.
Mr. Cuong emphasized that the completed and put into use project is of practical significance, contributing to improving teaching and learning conditions, creating a safe, spacious, and modern learning environment for teachers and students of the school.
On this occasion, the Criminal Police Department, PVEP presented 44 gifts to students in particularly difficult circumstances of the school.
