On September 21, according to Lao Dong, the Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee signed Decision No. 2035/QD-UBND approving the tasks and estimates of funding for purchasing teaching equipment for grades 4 and 5 for public educational institutions in the province in 2025.
According to the decision, the total estimated implementation cost is 39.7 billion VND. Of which, the cost of purchasing equipment is 39.3 billion VND. Other expenses (counseling on bidding documents, appraisal of documents, appraisal of bidding documents, appraisal of contractor selection results and price appraisal) 354 million VND.
The capital source used is from other expenditures for Education, Training and Vocational Training in the local budget estimate for 2025 and the career funding sources for previous years transferred, according to Decision No. 1635/QD-UBND dated July 18, 2025 of the People's Committee of Lang Son province.
The list of equipment is determined based on Circular 37/2021/TT-BGDDT and Circular 26/2023/TT-BGDDT, including many items directly serving the subjects of primary school students.
