At the program "Dialogue, counseling, career guidance in 2025", held on the morning of April 5, at Ha Dong High School (Ha Dong district, Hanoi) organized by Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper, students listened to experts advise and orient them on choosing a major and a career for the future.
Sharing with students of high schools in Hanoi at the 2025 enrollment guidance consultation, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach, Deputy General Director of Viteccons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, said about the importance of the construction industry in the country's development.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach emphasized that: In a developing country, the construction industry plays a pioneering role, especially in developing infrastructure such as roads, schools and facilities serving community life.
Mr. Thach also noted that not only the construction industry but all other fields need individuals with strong capacity and professional knowledge. Universities such as University of Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture and many other schools provide in-depth training programs on construction.

He encouraged young people that if they have real capacity, opportunities will always be open, because businesses always look for and welcome talent.
Viteccons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, established in 2009, has rapidly developed into one of the leading construction companies in Vietnam. With headquarters at 109 Hoang Hoa Tham, Ward 7, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Viteccons operates in many fields such as general contractors for design, construction and investment consulting for public works, industry, commercial centers, infrastructure, office buildings, hotels and houses.
In particular, Viteccons is currently implementing scholarship programs for students, especially those studying construction, to support and motivate them in the process of learning and developing themselves.
As an employer, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach also advised students not to worry too much about whether they will study at "top" schools or not.
According to him, the school's reputation does not completely determine future success. The important thing is that you must have a good grasp of specialized knowledge, foreign language skills, understanding of technology and possessing good soft skills. These are key factors in the current era of strong technological development.
Informing about the program "Dialogue, consulting, career guidance in 2025", journalist Ngo Vuong Tuan, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper affirmed: "Carrery is not simply choosing a major, but is an important journey for young people to determine the path to get a living and a career in the future. Especially in the context of the country's deep integration, students need to be steadfast in the face of constant changes in the labor market".

As the mouthpiece of the capital's youth, throughout its development journey, Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper has always prioritized activities accompanying young people, not only through the language of the press but also through practical career guidance and startup programs.
Every decision today will be the foundation for tomorrow. Therefore, we hope that each student participating in the program can see more clearly the path that suits their abilities and passions" - journalist Ngo Vuong Tuan shared more.
At the program, representatives of prestigious universities provided updated information on the 2025 enrollment plan, important timelines, new admission methods as well as notable changes in regulations. Experts also directly listened to and answered students' questions about choosing a major, choosing a school, as well as career opportunities after graduation.
Along with the dialogue session is the admission consultation area, where universities and colleges introduce specific admission targets, tuition fees, training programs and scholarship policies. These contents help students have a more comprehensive and practical view to make appropriate choices.
The program attracted nearly 2,000 students from Ha Dong High School, Ngo Thi Nham High School, Van Lang High School, along with many parents and teachers.
