Set goals and achieve
Sharing at the program, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thu Huong - Deputy Head of the Department of Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi said that the way to register for university admission in 2025 remains stable as last year. However, all transcript scores, high school graduation exam scores and results of candidates' separate exams are included in the system and considered for admission in one round.

Candidates can register for majors and schools according to their needs, both at college and university levels. Students can take advantage of the best results, in any way to set wishes, reduce costs and efforts.
According to Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thu Huong, the most important thing is that students must have goals and persevere and make efforts to achieve those goals. In addition, students base on their own abilities and interests to choose a suitable career.

Dr. Nguyen Van Dang - Director of the High-speed Railway Center, University of Transport Technology - informed: The Government has approved the policy of developing high-speed railways and building inner-city railways.
In particular, the North-South high-speed railway is a super project, if combined with urban railway, it will have a total investment of about 200 billion USD. The North-South railway is expected to be completed in 2035 and will need about 200,000 people to serve this project.
"If including urban railways, it will need about 300,000 personnel. This project really needs the participation of the younger generation" - Dr. Dang said.
Providing more information about this "hot" field, Dr. Dang said that this is a multi-disciplinary project: Survey, design, construction, information technology, operations... for each field, the University of Transport Technology has a major for training. Students can choose these majors to have the opportunity to work in the high-speed railway sector.
To avoid "overcharging teachers and lacking workers"...
Many students expressed their concerns that over the years, the situation of "favoring teachers - lacking workers" has been mentioned a lot. So what should students pay attention to in their future career orientation?
Responding to this, Meritorious Teacher, Dr. Pham Xuan Khanh, Principal of Hanoi College of High Technology, said that the situation of "mentoring" is due to too many students registering to study at university while social needs do not use them all. Meanwhile, "worksmen" are those who work directly in factories, creating products that are prioritized for recruitment by businesses, but few students register to study.
Dr. Pham Xuan Khanh noted that in the context of many bankrupt businesses, the whole country is streamlining the apparatus, the number of civil servants and public employees is only 1/3, students need to closely follow reality to choose a career, to have a job in the future.
According to Dr. Khanh, Hanoi College of High Technology is currently training 45 majors. Regarding training quality, the school commits to having a job for all students who meet the skills standards. In addition, they are comprehensively educated. Currently, the school cooperates with 400 domestic and foreign enterprises to train jobs for students.
