Tuition fees for Journalism - Communication in 2025

The Journalism - Communication major group is trained by many universities and academies with different tuition fees.

At the Academy of Journalism and Communication, in 2025, the school plans to enroll 2,050 students for 32 majors and specialties, including majors related to the fields of Journalism, Publishing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, etc.

The Academy will enroll students according to 3 methods, keeping them stable as last year, including considering academic records, combining admissions and considering based on high school graduation exam scores.

The school has not specifically informed the tuition fee collection level for the 2025 - 2026 school year. Last year, the tuition fee of the Academy of Journalism and Communication was 506,900 VND/credit, applied to mass programs. The majors of Advertising, Professional Public Relations, International Political and Communications Relations, Foreign Information, English Language, Sociology, Publishing Editor earned higher at VND 1,058,200/credit.

Political theory lecturer training majors (Philosophy, Scientific Socialism, Political Economy, History of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh Thought) are exempted from tuition fees.

The Diplomatic Academy has also announced the expected enrollment plan for 2025, in which the school's International Communications major plans to enroll 460 students with 12 admission combinations.

For the 2024 - 2025 school year, the tuition fee applied by the school for the International Communications major is VND 4,500,000/month, or VND 45 million/school year.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi also opened training in Journalism and Public Relations. The tuition fee for these two majors announced by the school for the 2024 - 2025 school year is 30 million VND/school year.

At the Vietnam Women's Academy, the Multimedia Communication major has a tuition fee expected to be 480,000 - 550,000 VND/credit in 2025, equivalent to about 14.4 - 16.5 million VND/school year (equivalent to 30 credits/school year). The tuition fee announced by the school last year is around 27 - 45 million VND/school year, depending on the major/training program. The tuition fee increase roadmap is applied up to 15% for each year and is in accordance with Government regulations.
