Candidate T.N. H asked, in 2026, will the Preschool Education sector consider admission based on academic transcripts? If so, can candidates register for admission based on a combination of 2 academic transcript subjects combined with 1 aptitude test subject?
Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Education and Training said that according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 11 of the Regulation on enrollment for training majors at the university level and preschool education majors at the college level issued with Circular No. 06/2026/TT-BGDĐT dated February 15, 2026:
2. The main content of enrollment information includes:
a) Introduction to training institutions, enrollment training programs, operating licenses of training majors (if any), decisions to issue training programs, teaching staff, learning and research conditions, facilities, graduation diplomas, quality accreditation results (if any), student graduation rate (out of total enrollment), student graduation rate with jobs suitable to their professional qualifications (according to Appendix III of the Regulation);
b) Full information on training costs, tuition fees, enrollment service fees and other service fees for the entire course roadmap, each academic year; scholarship policies, tuition fee exemption and reduction, financial support, dormitory accommodation and other preferential and support policies for learners;
c) Enrollment plan and scope of enrollment for phases in the year (including phase 1 for university enrollment, college enrollment for formal preschool education in accordance with the general plan issued by the Ministry of Education and Training), including regulations on subjects, enrollment conditions, enrollment methods, admission combinations and the number of enrollments (expected) for training programs; rules for conversion to equivalent entrance thresholds, admission scores of admission methods and combinations; methods and criteria for allocating learners to study the training program of the training institution for cases of admission by industry group, majors with many training programs with the same admission score level; procedures, registration procedures and other necessary information for candidates;
d) Risk handling plan when implementing enrollment work and commitment to the responsibility of the training institution".
Therefore, to have information, candidates must go to the enrollment information page of the school where candidates intend to register for admission to exchange information to have complete information.
