Accordingly, teachers (teachers, lecturers) assigned to directly teach in classes with at least one disabled student will receive preferential allowances. The allowance level is calculated according to the formula:
Preferential allowance = Salary for 1 hour of teaching x 0.2 x Total actual teaching hours in a class with a person with a disability.
The salary for 1 hour of teaching is determined according to Circular 07/2013/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV-BTC, including salary according to the rank, salary allowance and reserve difference coefficient (if any). The teaching period norms for preschool and general education teachers are applied according to the newly issued circulars.
The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for directing affiliated educational institutions to prepare budget estimates and a list of beneficiaries to submit to the Department of Culture - Society for synthesis and submission to the Department of Finance for approval. The deadline is September 30, 2025. After being granted funding, schools must prepare a complete and timely payment dossier for teachers according to regulations.
Heads of educational institutions are responsible for arranging and assigning teachers to teach students with disabilities and ensuring the accuracy and honesty of documents related to allowances.
Nghe An Department of Education and Training requests the People's Committees of communes and wards to direct serious and timely implementation. If there are difficulties or problems, it is necessary to report to the Department for synthesis and reporting to competent authorities.
