On the morning of November 19, Da Nang City held a ceremony to present the "Outstanding Da Nang Teacher" award and commend and reward the 2023-2024 school year on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day.
At the program, the People's Committee of Da Nang City honored and awarded prizes to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in recent times, including: 1 collective was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal, 4 collectives were awarded the Emulation Flag of the Government, 2 collectives were awarded Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister, 6 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister.

Along with that, the collectives were honored with the Emulation Flag of the City People's Committee, Certificates of Merit of the Ministry of Education and Training, Certificates of Merit of the City People's Committee, the title "Excellent Labor Collective" of the City People's Committee and 1 individual was awarded the title of City-level Emulation Fighter.
In addition, in order to recognize and honor teachers, typical advanced examples; at the same time, create motivation for innovation and creativity in the whole industry; this year, the whole city has 25 teachers honored to receive the award "Outstanding Da Nang Teacher", this is the city's reward for teachers with many outstanding achievements in teaching.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Ho Ky Minh - Permanent Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee said that the Outstanding Teacher Award is a noble award given by the city to teachers. This is not only a personal honor but also a symbol of gratitude, recognizing the silent and great contributions of teachers to the city's education, to the 25-year career of educating people.
“I hope that the spirit of the teachers will continue to spread and strongly inspire the entire teaching staff in the industry. It is necessary to multiply bright and typical examples so that each school is filled with an atmosphere of competition, innovation and creativity, aiming for the goal of comprehensive education," said Mr. Minh.
