In June 2026, the Department of Culture and Social Affairs of Nha Trang ward received an explanation report from Vinh Nguyen 1 Primary School related to the reflection that parents were slow to receive students' learning results through electronic contact books at the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
According to Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Principal of Vinh Nguyen 1 Primary School, after the end of the 2025-2026 school year, all homeroom teachers of the school have fully implemented the process of summarizing, preparing transcripts and directly handing over paper copies of learning result reports to parents at the school year-end meeting.
In parallel with issuing paper copies, the school has directed the opening of VNPT's electronic contact book system for parents to conveniently monitor and look up online learning results.
According to school leaders, up to now, the Board of Directors has not received any direct feedback from parents about encountering problems or not being able to access the system to view academic results.
However, through inspection, the school determined that there are still some teachers who have not sent text messages to notify students of their academic results on time.
This leads to some parents not being able to look up their children's academic results on electronic applications as reflected.
The Board of Directors of Vinh Nguyen 1 Primary School admitted that there are still shortcomings in management when they have not promptly urged and supervised the implementation of some teachers, leading to the situation of delaying sending notifications of learning results to parents.
In addition, the school also noted that some teachers in the process of exchanging with parents were not really skillful, and the guidance was not sufficient.
When technical incidents arise, teachers have not yet promptly reported to the Board of Directors for coordination and handling.
Immediately after discovering the incident, the Board of Directors requested relevant teachers to complete the sending of text messages announcing academic results so that parents can look up normally on the electronic contact book. Up to now, 100% of classes have completed the update.
The school also organized an emergency meeting, internal review, criticized teachers who were behind schedule and drew experience from the entire pedagogical council to avoid recurrence of similar situations in the following school years.
