Electronic textbooks cause many surprises

Recently, at the Hanoi Book Fair 2024, many readers were surprised to discover the electronic version of textbooks on the Digital Luong Trang platform.

AES Education Technology Joint Stock Company - the developer and operator of the Digital Luggage platform, a digital learning platform that provides electronic textbooks and many electronic learning materials for all levels of education, said that many students and parents stayed at the AES booth for a long time to learn about the content on this platform.

According to AES, the digital textbook platform Digital Luggage has become increasingly trustworthy in recent days. The proof is that the number of new users has increased significantly, with daily traffic reaching 20 thousand people. This is an impressive number, showing the interest and great demand of users for electronic textbooks and learning materials.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, online learning has become an essential part of the education system. Many schools have expanded their teaching methods to combine both in-person and online learning, making access to digital learning materials such as e-textbooks and e-learning materials more familiar and popular with many students and teachers.

Recently, the damage caused by natural disasters and floods has also caused many schools to face the situation of many books and learning materials being damaged and swept away by floods. The use of electronic textbooks has been proposed as an alternative solution, supporting the uninterrupted learning process of students. This further highlights the important role and necessity of digital books and electronic textbooks in maintaining continuous and effective learning.

E-textbooks on Digital Luggage provide a convenient and flexible solution, allowing students and teachers to access and use them anytime, anywhere.

With the convenience, instant access, anytime, anywhere and many useful features for students and teachers, the popularity of e-textbooks is increasing, thereby, there is no longer the scene of students having to carry heavy school bags every time they go home from school. Ms. Nguyen Bich Hau (Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) shared: "My child is in grade 2, since knowing about e-textbooks on Hang trang so, I told him to always leave the textbooks in class and not bring them home, to avoid having to carry heavy bags, when needing to review or do homework, he can use e-textbooks".

Sharing a teacher's perspective, Ms. Duong Thu Huyen (Chemistry teacher in Thai Nguyen) said that exercises and documents on electronic textbooks can be easily shared from one computer to another, helping to increase flexibility in learning between teachers and students as well as between students themselves.

According to Ms. Huyen, e-textbooks can support information updates and rapid transmission, especially actively supporting teachers with resources to enrich their lessons when teaching in class. Developing e-textbooks will be a new and necessary trend to innovate the Vietnamese education sector.

Not only providing learning materials, using electronic textbooks also makes it easier for students to do exercises and tests and increases interaction with teachers. The answers are run by default, saving teachers time in grading, and students can also quickly transfer their learning results to teachers.

The rise of e-textbooks is not only a technological change but also opens up many new opportunities for education. The development of e-textbooks and digital learning materials will help learning become more flexible, convenient and effective than ever, promising to bring many long-term benefits to both students and education in general.
