Donate textbooks to students in flood-affected areas

Vietnam Education Equipment Publishing and Investment Joint Stock Company (VEPIC) has promptly provided textbooks to schools affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi).

Typhoon No. 3 Yagi left serious and heavy consequences for the northern provinces, especially the highland provinces. Many schools were submerged in water, causing damage to school equipment, books and teaching materials of students and teachers, greatly affecting teaching and learning in educational institutions.

As the unit that organizes the compilation and joint publishing of the Canh Dieu book series, with social responsibility, Vietnam Education Equipment Investment and Publishing Joint Stock Company (VEPIC) has actively supported teachers and students affected by storms and floods.

With the spirit of "helping each other", when hearing that the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund launched the program "A million arms to support people affected by storms and floods", the board of directors of Vietnam Education Equipment Publishing and Investment Joint Stock Company (VEPIC) was ready to join in supporting.

The total number of textbooks worth nearly 40 million VND was given to: Quang Vinh Primary School (Thai Nguyen); Trang Phai Secondary School, Lang Son and Chieng Noi Primary School, Son La.

The books sent to the above schools were transported free of charge by Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Post), promptly delivered to the students, so that they can soon stabilize their studies.

Millions of arms turn to compatriots affected by storm number 3

Storm No. 3 (Storm Yagi) caused severe damage and impacts in many provinces in the Northern region.

"A piece of food when hungry is worth a whole package when full", with the spirit of mutual love that has always been a beautiful image of the Vietnamese people, the Golden Heart Charitable Social Fund calls on philanthropists at home and abroad to join hands to share with people affected by the storm and post-storm circulation.... to soon stabilize their lives.
