In addition, he also directed the Office of the CPC to advise the document to the Party Committee to direct the departments, branches, unions and the Party cells to be interested in propaganda, monitoring and regularly exchanging information promptly about the children's children without operating licenses for the CPC to handle as prescribed. In addition, the Office of the Commune People's Committee is also assigned to advise the document to the hamlets on criticizing and rectifying the responsibilities of the hamlet management board due to retardation detection of unauthorized children -operating points in recent years.
Mr. Dang Hoang Nhan - Chairman of Tan Lap 1 Commune People's Committee - also requested Mr. Nguyen Van Quang - Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee - to focus and quickly prepare a file to handle Ms. N.T.H.T's childcare center according to current law. At the same time, he requested immediate inspection of unlicensed childcare centers, including those that have committed to stopping operations but are still operating, and advised on strict handling plans according to the law.
The Chairman of Tan Lap 1 Commune People's Committee also requested the hamlets to continue to closely review and consider any childcare centers in the area (even if they only have one child) to synthesize, invite to work and request to stop operations immediately until there is a written permission from the competent authority (assessment file of the Department of Education and Training, decision to recognize eligibility of the Commune People's Committee).
Regarding Ms. N.T.H.T's childcare center, the Chairman of Tan Lap 1 Commune People's Committee requested the Commune Police to consolidate the records according to the law. If there is enough basis to constitute a crime, it will be handled criminally; if there is not enough basis to handle criminally, administrative violations of child abuse will be handled.
Earlier, through the inspection of the inspection team of Tan Lap 1 Commune People's Committee, there were 6 children's children's children in the area, including one child care at Mr. N.V.V (hamlet 5, Tan Lap 1 commune). At Ms. N.T.H.T's childcare center alone, a child abuse case occurred, causing a stir in public opinion.
According to the reporter of the Lao Dong Newspaper, on December 26, 2024, the delegation of the People's Committee of Tan Lap 1 commune checked the child care group by Ms. N.T.H.T (living in Hamlet 4, Tan Lap 1 commune). Through inspection, the mission discovered that Ms. T was holding 4 children at her own home but had no operating license. Therefore, the local authorities asked Ms. T to stop operating at home. When fully meeting the conditions and licensed, the new child retention group is allowed to operate again. However, at the time of the child's violence, Ms. T had not been granted a child by the competent authority.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, a clip appeared on social media recording child abuse at the childcare center of Ms. N.T.H.T (Hamlet 4, Tan Lap 1, Tan Phuoc District, Tien Giang Province). After receiving the information, the leaders of Tan Lap 1 Commune People's Committee directed the Commune Police to intervene and handle the case according to the law.
