The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just issued a notice on 10th grade enrollment for a number of educational institutions for the 2024-2025 school year.
Accordingly, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training assigned a new enrollment target for grade 10 to Dwight Secondary and High School (a newly established school) with 1 class of 45 students.
Assign additional enrollment quotas to: Lam Nghiep High School; Kinh Do High School, Nguyen Sieu Secondary and High School and Xa Dan Secondary School under the Department of Education and Training with a total of 42 students; assign additional enrollment quotas to the Ha Dong Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center with 1 class of 30 students.
The Department of Education and Training announces administrative sanctions according to Decree No. 04/2021/ND-CP of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the field of education for the following units:
High school block: Mac Dinh Chi High School (requesting to add 32 excess enrollment targets); Lac Long Quan High School (requesting to add 38 excess enrollment targets).
Colleges and intermediate schools registered for combined general education and vocational training: Hanoi College of Transport and Public Works (requesting to add 45 excess enrollment targets); Hanoi College (requesting to add 30 excess enrollment targets); College of Commerce and Tourism (requesting to add 8 excess enrollment targets).
Do not assign additional enrollment quotas to the following schools: Hanoi Star Primary, Secondary and High School - Hoang Mai; Bac Duong High School; Everest Primary, Secondary and High School as proposed by the units. The reason for not assigning additional enrollment quotas is because the proposal for additional enrollment quotas does not meet the legal requirements regarding ownership, facilities, and location of operation.
Do not assign enrollment quotas to To Hien Thanh High School due to insufficient legal conditions for operating location.
The Department of Education and Training also announced a re-inspection of the facilities of Van Hien High School.
