Accelerate the progress of schools that started construction in 2025
Currently, at the Huong Khe Inter-level Boarding School project (Huong Khe commune, Ha Tinh province), some rows of classrooms have completed the rough construction of the 1st floor, and ground leveling and foundation treatment items in many areas are gradually being completed.
According to the contractor representative, the construction volume of Huong Khe Inter-level Boarding School for Primary and Secondary Schools has reached about 20%. The unit is mobilizing maximum manpower to focus on accelerating construction.
Huong Khe Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School has a scale of 35 classes with a total investment of 154 billion VND. According to the plan, the project must be completed and handed over before August 30, 2026 to be put into use in the 2026-2027 school year.
On March 18, Mr. Pham Anh Hao - Chairman of Son Kim 1 Commune People's Committee - said that currently at the Son Kim 1 Inter-level Boarding School project, the contractor is focusing on accelerating the construction progress.
Representatives of the contractor said that to date, the construction of Son Kim 1 Inter-level Boarding School for Primary and Secondary School has reached a total volume of about 20%. This is a project with a scale of 40 classrooms, with a total investment of 140 billion VND.
In 2025, Ha Tinh started construction of Son Kim 1 Inter-level Boarding School for Primary and Secondary Schools and Huong Khe Inter-level Boarding School for Primary and Secondary Schools.
In 2025, Thanh Hoa province started construction of 6 inter-level boarding general education schools TH&THCS in border communes, with a total budget of more than 739 billion VND. Up to now, the construction deployment at these projects is being urgently implemented to meet the set schedule.
At the project to upgrade and renovate Son Thuy Inter-level Boarding School (Son Thuy commune), the construction atmosphere is currently urgent. Up to now, the construction volume has reached more than 20%, and many items have been deployed simultaneously.
Representatives of the Quan Son Regional Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the unit has requested the contractor to mobilize maximum manpower, materials, and equipment, organize overtime construction day and night, and strive to complete the project before August 15, 2026.
In 2025, Nghe An province will implement 10 inter-level boarding general education schools for primary and secondary schools in the communes of: Nhon Mai, Na Ngoi, Keng Du, Mon Son, Bac Ly, Tam Thai, Que Phong, Tri Le, Hanh Lam and Anh Son. Currently, taking advantage of favorable weather, contractors are focusing on accelerating construction, striving to complete and ensure progress.
Ready to start construction of more new schools
Along with many provinces across the country, on March 19, in Ha Tinh, 5 inter-level boarding primary and secondary school (TH&THCS) projects will simultaneously start construction in land border communes, including: Son Kim 2, Son Hong, Vu Quang, Huong Xuan and Huong Binh. The total investment of the projects is about 945.6 billion VND. In which, the main bridge point at the Huong Xuan inter-level boarding primary and secondary school project.
Up to this point, preparations have been carefully carried out by the investor and functional sectors in coordination with local authorities in Ha Tinh, and are ready for the groundbreaking ceremony.
On March 18, representatives of the leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Education and Training said that on March 19, across the province, 10 multi-level boarding school construction projects will be simultaneously started in border communes. Among them, the main bridge point in Thanh Hoa is the Nhi Son Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School project (Nhi Son commune).
In Nghe An province, on March 19, 11 inter-level TH&THCS boarding general education school projects will simultaneously be started in Thong Thu, My Ly, Son Lam, Nam Can, Muong Tip, Tam Quang, Na Loi, Tien Phong, Muong Xen, Chau Khe, Kim Bang communes.
