Social networks are spreading a clip recording a scene of a traffic police officer clinging to the saddle of a young man's motorbike while traveling on the road in Binh Chanh District. The Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Ho Chi Minh City Police is urgently verifying the incident.
The clip was posted and shared on May 22, showing a young man driving a motorbike with a hard median strip in the middle of the road. Behind, a traffic police officer was in a position of clinging to the saddle.
After a few moments, the traffic police officer has a young man, then climbed up to sit in the car and control, asking the driver to pull the vehicle into the curb. The whole incident was returned by a person on the road and posted on social networks.
The incident is said to have occurred on a road in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. Immediately after the clip appeared, many social media users expressed their frustration with the young man driving a motorbike.
Regarding the incident, the Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Ho Chi Minh City Police informed that it is verifying and clarifying the content of this clip to have a basis for handling according to the provisions of law.
