In case the recruitment quota is not met or there is a need to recruit additional staff to replace the number of retired or resigned teachers, continue to develop a plan to promptly recruit additional officials for the education and training sector. create.
In case after recruitment, there are still not enough teachers assigned according to the quota, educational institutions shall conduct guest teaching for teachers according to the provisions of Circular No. 44/2011/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training and Implement teacher contracts according to Decree 111/2022/ND-CP of the Government.
Recently, Long An province has also had policies to attract teachers to work in the education and training industry. On December 1, 2023, the People's Council of Long An province issued Resolution No. 30/2023/NQ-HDND stipulating the support regime for people recruited to work as teachers at public educational establishments in the locality. “From 2021 until now, 868 pedagogical students have been ordered to train. Of which, there are 271 students in preschool, 189 students in elementary school, and 408 students in middle school and high school.
