The weather in Hanoi was cool with the lowest temperature generally from 21 to 23 degrees Celsius.
Forecasting the cold air trend in the coming time, the meteorological agency said that the cold air is forecast to increase in frequency from October; it is likely to be active in November - December 2024. In particular, the phenomenon of severe cold in the North is likely to appear from the second half of December (equivalent to the average of many years).
