For Manh, the valedictorian result brings pride and joy, but also puts greater responsibility on his shoulders in the upcoming journey.
I am very proud that my study process has been rewarded deservedly. I am also very happy. Besides that, there is a sense of great responsibility for myself. When I achieve the valedictorian position, of course I will have to try very hard in the next three years of boarding" - Manh said.

Learn to be confident when standing in front of patients
When asked about the secret to achieving high results in the resident doctor exam, Manh did not emphasize the number of study hours or a special tutoring method. What he aims for in the process of accumulating knowledge is to become a good doctor, with enough confidence when facing patients.
I study because I want to become a good doctor. The knowledge I study is for me to be confident when standing in front of patients. When I study like that, the results received are also very worthy of my efforts" - Manh shared.
After choosing at Match Day, ahead of Nguyen Van Manh are three years of training as a resident doctor specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a lot of pressure on study, practice and expertise.
Manh admitted that he has not officially entered the boarding journey, so he cannot fully imagine the difficulties waiting. However, the male doctor determined: "I will definitely have to try harder than when I was a student and studying for boarding exams.
Not only setting a goal to improve professional capacity, Manh believes that the medical profession requires each doctor to study for a long time, and at the same time constantly practice medical ethics.
I am determined to study for life to have enough knowledge, as well as practice medical ethics to become a good doctor" - Manh said.
Regarding the orientation after completing the training program, Manh wishes to work at a central-level hospital. According to him, this environment will create opportunities to be exposed to difficult cases and complex medical conditions, thereby continuing to study and develop his expertise more deeply.
Choosing Obstetrics and Gynecology at Match Day officially marked the beginning of Nguyen Van Manh's three-year resident doctor training journey. Before the new journey, when asked to use three words to describe his feelings, the male doctor thought for a moment and then chose two words: "Proud and happy".
