On September 12, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh visited, encouraged and presented gifts to students at the charity class of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh Nga, Tan Hanh ward, Vinh Long province.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh Nga's charity class has been maintained since 1999, for children with disabilities, children with developmental delays and children in particularly difficult circumstances.
For many years, the class has not collected tuition fees, supporting children to learn to read, practice skills and gradually integrate into the community. This is also a place to create conditions for children in particularly difficult circumstances to access education.
At the visit, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh cordially inquired about the students' learning and living situation; and encouraged them to try to study, practice and maintain their health in the new school year.

On this occasion, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh presented 55 gifts mobilized by her. Each gift includes school supplies, necessities and candies, contributing to supporting children to have more conditions to prepare for the new school year.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh also sent words of gratitude to Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh Nga for dedicating a lot of heart to maintaining the charity class for many years, helping children in difficult circumstances and creating opportunities for them to study and develop.
The Deputy Minister wished the students always to be diligent, healthy, strive to study, have more progress and joy in the new school year.
On the same occasion, the Vinh Long Provincial Department of Health presented students with gifts including Mid-Autumn cakes and lanterns.
The activity aims to bring joy to children during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and at the same time encourage them to continue to maintain their health, actively study and practice.
