The unusual point is that Mr. Thuan's secondary school transcript was signed on May 30, 1988; the current residence recorded in Mr. Thuan's transcript is Hung Thuy - Le Thuy - Quang Binh.
In addition, in the learning process section, school year 1986-1987; 1987-1988; 1988-1989 all have the same name as Hung Thuy Secondary School - Le Thuy - Quang Binh.
However, in reality at this time, Quang Binh province has not been established but is still Binh Tri Thien province.
To ensure objectivity, the Department issued a decision to establish a team to verify Mr. Thuan's diploma and academic process.
Previously, as previously reported, Lao Dong Newspaper had an article reflecting on Mr. Vo Danh Thuan showing abnormal signs during his secondary and high school supplementary education.
After the first inspection, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province discovered that Mr. Vo Danh Thuan studied high school without a secondary school diploma.
After that, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province sent an official letter to the Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education - Ministry of Education and Training requesting specific guidance on the admission conditions of the high school continuing education program at the time of 2004 related to Mr. Vo Danh Thuan studying in 10th grade of high school continuing education when he had not graduated from secondary school continuing education and handling directions.
After that, the Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education - Ministry of Education and Training issued an official dispatch to the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province related to the case of Mr. Vo Danh Thuan being discovered at the time of enrollment in high school when he had not yet graduated from secondary school.
The Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education requests the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province to organize a review and evaluation of all dossiers related to the enrollment process, teaching organization and graduation diplomas for students.
The review needs to be carried out for relevant organizations and individuals to clearly determine whether or not there are violations of regulations in the field of education. In case violations are detected, handling must be based on the provisions of law on administrative penalties at the time the student is studying and is granted a diploma.
