The inspection team of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (TKV) led by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan, Head of Organization - Personnel Department of TKV Group, has just inspected the organization of the grassroots level skilled workers contest at Ha Long Coal Company - TKV and Hon Gai Coal Selection Company - Vinacomin.
Participating in the working delegation were representatives of professional departments of the Group and the School of Business Administration - Vinacomin.
According to reports from units on the results of preparation for the 2026 Skilled Worker Contest, the units have closely followed the regulations and guidelines of TKV, proactively developed organizational plans, and completed the system of theoretical and practical outlines, answer keys, and exam questions according to professional requirements.
Propaganda, visual encouragement, and festive decoration at the exam areas were deployed synchronously, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, encouraging workers to promote their professional qualifications and skills.
To ensure the best conditions for the practical exam contents, units have mobilized sufficient manpower, equipment and means to serve the competition such as Hon Gai Coal Selection Company arranging 3 hydraulic overturning excavators, 16 transport vehicles and welding systems, welding materials, lighting equipment and high-capacity ventilation fans at the production site. Plans to ensure labor safety, equipment safety and security and order are also carefully prepared.
After checking the dossiers and related documents, the working group directly went to the Khe Cham II/IV mine tunnel area of Ha Long Coal Company to conduct actual inspections. Here, the delegation witnessed 45 excellent workers, including many high-level workers, directly demonstrating their skills and serious industrial style, fully equipped with labor protection and enthusiastically participating in the practical competition under the supervision of the judges assigned by Ha Long Coal Company.
At Hon Gai Coal Selection Company, the delegation surveyed at the locations organizing the practical exam. Through actual inspection, the delegation noted that the organizational work was implemented seriously and methodically; facilities, machinery and equipment met the set requirements.
Contestants participating in the contest showed a high sense of responsibility, standard industrial style and solid professional skills under the objective and close supervision of the Examination Board and the Judging Panel.
On behalf of the inspection team, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan - Head of the Organization - Personnel Department of TKV Group acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness and responsibility of the units in preparing for the Skilled Worker Contest, fully implementing the Group's directions, preparing carefully from planning, regulations, organizing propaganda to ensuring facilities, equipment and safety conditions to serve the contest.
This is an important basis for the Company-level Skilled Worker Contest to achieve high results, creating conditions for workers to develop their abilities, improve their skills, thereby selecting outstanding individuals to participate and contribute to the overall success of the 13th TKV Skilled Worker Contest in 2026.
