At Tran Van On Secondary School, school leaders said that they have received some books and immediately distributed the existing books to students.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, the unit has summarized the demand for textbooks and sent them to Vietnam Education Publishing House through Phuong Nam Education Investment and Development Joint Stock Company from March 4.
By September 8, Vietnam Education Publishing House had supplied more than 26.9 million copies of textbooks, reaching 107% of the registered demand.
According to the Department, most schools have booked books or have plans to ensure books for students. Up to now, 100% of schools have finalized the actual needs for the 2nd time, registered to buy additional quantities that are missing or completed order procedures.
