Cooperation agreements were announced at the forum "BVU and businesses accompany to create the future", with the participation of business leaders, lecturers and a large number of university students.
Speaking at the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Hoang - Rector of Ba Ria - Vung Tau University - emphasized the role of the companionship from businesses in improving the quality of training and preparing vocational baggage for students.

According to Mr. Hoang, the participation of businesses helps the school's training program always stick to the actual needs of the labor market, while creating conditions for students to access a professional working environment right from when they are still in school.
At the forum, representatives of businesses and experts also shared many perspectives on the development trend of the labor market in the coming time.
In which, some sectors with large human resource demand include marine economy and logistics; technical technology and digital transformation; high-tech agriculture and circular economy; tourism associated with health care; elderly care services.

These are also key training areas of BVU such as logistics, supply chain management, tourism, foreign languages and marine economy. The school is oriented to take advantage of the advantages of the coastal city of Vung Tau - one of Vietnam's dynamic marine economic and tourism centers - to develop training programs associated with practice.
The highlight of the program is the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between BVU and 16 businesses, establishing a foundation for long-term cooperation in human resource training and development.
According to the content of the agreement, businesses will coordinate with schools in developing training programs, organizing academic activities, and supporting students to access a real working environment.

Expanding the network of cooperation with businesses is expected to bring many career development opportunities for BVU students such as internships at partner businesses; direct exchanges and learning with experts and managers; participating in seminars and professional workshops; accessing early recruitment programs from businesses.
Dr. Nguyen Van Anh - Deputy Head of the Faculty in charge of Marine Economics - Logistics - said that cooperation agreements will soon be implemented into specific programs between schools and businesses.
According to Ms. Van Anh, BVU is committed to building sustainable cooperative relationships with businesses, thereby bringing more development opportunities for students, and contributing to improving the quality of human resources for society.
Within the framework of the program, participating businesses also awarded scholarships worth a total of 110 million VND to BVU students.
Specifically, Trang Linh Co., Ltd. donated 50 million VND; Bach Nien Thien Duc Elderly Care Center donated 40 million VND; VPBank - Rach Dua Branch donated 10 million VND; Nam Phuong Xanh Co., Ltd. donated 10 million VND to support the Logistics Arena 2026 competition.
