On August 9, according to the announcement of the Admissions Council of Da Lat University, the benchmark scores for 2026 are determined according to 4 methods including high school graduation exam results, high school transcripts, VNU-HCM competency assessment exam and VNU-HN competency assessment exam.
For the method of using high school graduation exam results, pedagogical majors have benchmark scores from 20.8 to 24.8 points.
In which, Mathematics Pedagogy is the highest with 24.8 points, followed by History Pedagogy 24.7 points, English Pedagogy 24.5 points, Physics Pedagogy 24.2 points and Literature Pedagogy 24 points.
In the non-pedagogical major group, the benchmark score ranges from 16.5 to 22 points. Some majors with a score of 22 include Mathematics; English Language, Law and Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure majors all take 20 points.
The majors of Culture, International Studies and Environmental Engineering Technology have the lowest benchmark scores, with 16.5 points each.
Notably, in the high school transcript review method, Nuclear Engineering has the highest score with 26 points, followed by Mathematics 24.67 points; the majors of English Language, Law, Tourism and Travel Service Management are also at 23 points.
Da Lat University notes that the admission score is the total score of 3 subjects in the admission combination, not multiplied by a coefficient and already includes regional priority points, subjects. The benchmark score does not distinguish between subject combinations and the general education program in 2006 or 2018.
Candidates applying for admission to the majors of English Language, English Pedagogy, Nuclear Engineering, pedagogical majors and majors in the field of law, in addition to achieving the benchmark score, must also meet the secondary criteria according to the school's regulations.
Admitted candidates must confirm online admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's System before 5:00 PM on August 21, 2026. Direct admission time at Da Lat University is from August 17 to 21, 2026.
