    Thai Binh University notes that admitted candidates must confirm enrollment online on the Ministry of Education and Training's Enrollment Information Portal before 5:00 PM on August 21, 2026.

    After confirming online enrollment, candidates carry out enrollment procedures at Thai Binh University from August 22 to August 24, 2026, at Building F, Thai Binh University, Thai Binh Ward, Hung Yen Province.
