On the afternoon of December 4, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Dang Van Tam - Principal of Truc Thuan Secondary School - affirmed: "In 2023, the school issued a code of conduct for cultural conduct in schools, but it did not include words like the social network headline "students do not call each other 'wife, husband, husband, wife'...". Immediately after receiving the information, I reopened the school's code of conduct for cultural conduct in schools, without the words like the ones posted online. From the content posted online, there are many different opinions, which will cause bad public opinion for the school."
The principal of Truc Thuan Secondary School added that in Article 18 of the code of conduct in schools, Chapter III of the code of conduct for students and behavior with friends of the school states: Greeting and addressing friends must be friendly, open, and pure; no offensive, rude, teasing, or provocative behavior or words. Do not call each other or address each other with words reserved for respectful people such as grandparents or parents. Do not call friends by their parents' names or by physical defects or individual personality traits.
Visit and help your friends sincerely and tactfully, without hiding each other's shortcomings, without alienating or looking down on people who are sick, disabled or in difficult circumstances. When congratulating your friends, make sure to be cheerful, friendly, not fussy, and not embarrassing.
When conversing, chatting, and exchanging with friends, ensure sincerity, frankness, openness, and gentleness, without arguing, criticizing, sneering, insulting, or swearing. Know how to listen actively and respond constructively when discussing and debating. When there is a conflict, both sides must restrain themselves, calmly explain clearly, avoid misunderstandings, and know how to apologize and forgive each other. Relationships with friends of the opposite sex must ensure respect, purity, and appropriateness.
