The Northern Medical and Pharmaceutical Schools have announced the admission floor score threshold. Hanoi Medical University and Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy still maintain the floor score of 22.5 for two majors: Medicine and Dentistry.
Many candidates with a high school graduation score of 15 points still have the opportunity to be admitted to some majors in the health sector. Some of the following health training schools have a floor score of 15 points.
Hanoi Medical University offers the highest floor score of 22.5 points for the three majors of Medicine, Dentistry - Maxillofacial and Medicine at Thanh Hoa Branch. Traditional Medicine has a floor score of 20, while other majors take it from 17 points.
The University of Medicine and Pharmacy - Vietnam National University, Hanoi has a floor score of 20.5 for the two majors of Medicine and Dentistry; the remaining majors simultaneously took 19 points.
Hanoi University of Pharmacy applies the highest floor score of 22 points for the Pharmacy major; Pharmacy major has 21 points, the remaining majors have 20 points.
The Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine gave the floor score of 20.5 for the Medicine major, 19 points for the Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine major.
The University of Public Health has the lowest floor score in the group with 15 points for Public Health and Data Science. The majors of Testing Engineering and Rehabilitation Engineering have a floor score of 17, the remaining majors are 16.
The University of Public Health announced the threshold for guaranteed input quality (bank point) in 2025 with the lowest level of 15 points - a sharp decrease compared to the previous year. Notably, some majors have decreased by 2.5 points compared to the 2024 enrollment season.
According to the announcement, the school applies three floor scores for the method of considering high school graduation exam results: 15, 16 and 17 points.
In addition, with the method of considering academic records, the school applies to 4 majors: Public Health, Nutrition, Social Work and Data Science. The floor score by this method ranges from 16.61 to 17.79 points.
Compared to 2024, when the floor score ranged from 16 to 19.5 points, the announcement score this year decreased significantly. The deepest decrease was up to 2.5 points, recorded in the two majors of Medical Labor Technical and Rehabilitation Engineering.
Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy offers the highest rate of 20.5 points for the Medicine and Dentistry major. Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine have floor scores; the remaining majors have 17 points.
