According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center (Center), in July 2025, the Center received 49,463 applications for unemployment insurance, an increase of 33.24% compared to the annual plan; of which 3,746 applications were transferred from June 2025. The Center has processed 45,738 records.
There are 136 trainees participating in vocational training under unemployment insurance.
Also in July, the Center organized 22 job fairs with 604 participating units, 12,539 recruitment targets. Through the sessions, 12,796 workers were consulted and provided with labor market information; 3,351 workers were interviewed and connected to jobs; 1,107 people were admitted and recruited at the session.
Previously, in June 2025, the Center conducted 127 job fairs with the participation of 3,746 enterprises.
The number of people consulted at the job fair was 53,683; the number of workers who received jobs after interviews at the job fair was 8,753. The Center also trained and improved skills for 4,240 people; Regarding the implementation of unemployment insurance policies, the number of people applying for unemployment benefits is 33,855 people, 32,261 people have decisions to receive unemployment benefits; 209,873 people are consulted on job referrals.
