According to the post, Ms. A (parent) sent her child to Anh Binh Minh Kindergarten (Dong Thanh commune) since the beginning of May 2025, but later, seeing her child returning from school showed many strange and scared signs when going to school.
Having a bad feeling, in early August 2025, she decided to transfer her child to another school. And then 1 week, she received many photos and videos recording her child being abused and threatened by a teacher at school, so she reported it to the authorities.
On the afternoon of August 13, speaking with reporters, Ms. A confirmed that she was the one who posted the above content, and said that she was working with the authorities.
On the same day, speaking with reporters, a representative of Dong Thanh commune confirmed that they had received a report from a young parent being abused, and the case is currently being handled.
This person added that Anh Binh Minh Kindergarten is a facility that holds children and operates without a license. Previously, the People's Committee of the old Dong Thanh commune (before the merger) issued a document requesting the termination of operations before June 9.
"The incident happened around May and parents did not know. After transferring the child to another school and learning about the incident, Ms. A went to the authorities to report on August 11. On August 11, after receiving the information, the Commune Committee and the Commune Police came to inspect the facility and worked to request the termination of operations and removal of the signboard. On August 13, the Commune People's Committee and the Commune Police invited the owner of the facility to continue working on handling according to regulations. The People's Committee of Dong Thanh commune will continue to review and strictly handle the illegal activities of this facility," he said.
