Dak Lak - Representatives of the Ministry of Public Security proposed that People's Police Culture School II should become a happy home, where students feel safe and secure in their studies.

This is the first school year the school officially goes into operation. In the 2026 - 2027 school year, People's Police Culture School II has 34 classes with more than 1,000 students from 4 provinces Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Lam Dong and Quang Ngai.

As a specialized boarding school from elementary school to high school under the national general education system, the school receives students with special circumstances, including children of wounded soldiers and martyrs of the People's Police; children of policy families in difficult circumstances; children of ethnic minorities from poor and near-poor households and children in social protection.

Students are fully supported by the State for tuition and living expenses, thereby creating conditions for disadvantaged children to study in a more stable and adequate environment.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General Nguyen Huu Manh, Director of the Internal Security Department, Ministry of Public Security, requested the People's Police Culture School II to do a good job of education, management, and care for students; and at the same time maintain a regular coordination mechanism between the school, family, society and locality.

Schools need to build education programs that ensure national standards, while promoting their own characteristics, focusing on foreign languages, science and technology, digital capacity, career guidance and life skills. Besides imparting knowledge, it is necessary to train students in organizational discipline, responsibility and appropriate behavior.

Major General Nguyen Huu Manh also requested the school to ensure good conditions for eating, living, health care, food safety, security and school safety.

Cultural, artistic, and sports activities need to be organized appropriately, creating an environment for students to interact, practice and develop comprehensively.

Each teacher needs to be close, listen and promptly support students; both conveying knowledge and helping them overcome difficulties in learning and life.

Thereby, building the school into a happy home, where students feel safe, respected and feel secure in their studies.

With the specific characteristics of enrollment and support policies, People's Police Culture School II not only performs the task of teaching culture but also opens up more opportunities to access education for students in difficult circumstances.

The synchronous care from studying to living contributes to creating a foundation for children to grow up, be confident and have more opportunities to build their future.
