These are students with special circumstances, including children of wounded soldiers and martyrs of the People's Police; children of policy families in difficult circumstances...
According to the support policy, students studying at the school are guaranteed all living and study expenses by the State.

At the same time, it trains life skills, awareness of law compliance and sense of responsibility to the community for students.

People's Police Culture School II is an inter-level boarding general education institution from elementary school to high school, directly under the Ministry of Public Security and Dak Lak Provincial Police. The school was established on June 30, 2026 in Tan Lap ward, Dak Lak province.
