BRT 01 bus transports more than 11.2 million passengers in 2025

Hanoi - In 2025, the BRT 01 Kim Ma - Yen Nghia express bus route leads in output with more than 11.2 million passengers, the highest among bus routes.

Hanoi Transport Corporation (Transerco) has just announced the list of 10 bus routes with the highest passenger transport volume in 2025.

According to Transerco, in the field of public passenger transport by bus, the unit has synchronously implemented many solutions to improve service quality. Thanks to that, public passenger transport activities continue to be maintained stably, and are recognized and positively evaluated by the people.

Notably, the number of commendative feedback from passengers in 2025 increased 4.7 times compared to the same period; the number of petitions decreased and were well controlled according to the set target.

The results of the whole year 2025 show that Transerco has operated more than 3.2 million bus trips, the total passenger volume transported reached about 240 million trips, an increase of 2.5% compared to 2024.

Among the high-capacity routes, the BRT 01 bus rapid transit route (Kim Ma - Yen Nghia) operated by Hanoi Express Bus Enterprise continues to lead with more than 11.2 million passengers in 2025.

Ranked second is route 15 (Gia Lam - Pho Ni Bus Station) operated by Yen Vien Bus Enterprise, reaching more than 4.8 million passengers; ranked third is route 54 (Long Bien - Bac Ninh), also undertaken by Yen Vien Bus Enterprise, with more than 4.54 million passengers.

The next positions respectively belong to route 92 (Nhon - Phu Son, Ba Vi) operated by Bus Enterprise 10-10, reaching more than 3.7 million passengers; route 32 (Giap Bat - Nhon) operated by Cau Buou Bus Enterprise, with more than 3.36 million passengers.
