At the same time, prohibiting vehicles moving across the central strip area and limiting vehicles to move adjacent streets leading to the above -mentioned streets.
The road closure time is from 6:30 a.m. until the end of operations on May 5, 7, 9, 10, and 11.
Based on the actual traffic safety and order situation, the time for banning and restricting vehicles may start earlier and last longer than the above time.
During the temporary traffic diversion period, Hai Phong City Police recommends that people and vehicles participating in traffic proactively have a travel route, comply with road traffic order and safety and instructions from traffic regulators.
