No people in the house were injured.
According to local authorities, the incident damaged the tanker truck, 2 motorbikes and many items inside the hut.
Previously, Hai Phong City Police informed Center 114 about a report that a gasoline tank truck had crashed into a house on National Highway 10, near Quang Thanh intersection, An Lao district, Hai Phong city.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Area 4 dispatched 2 fire trucks and 1 rescue vehicle to the scene. At the same time, quickly deployed rescue work, taking the tanker driver, Mr. V.H.M (born in 1987, permanent residence in So Dau, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City) out safely and transferred him to the emergency room at Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital - facility 1.
Through inspection at the scene, the tank truck at the time of the accident occurred with all the gasoline, no significant amount of gasoline in the tank. However, in order to prevent the risk of fire from tank trucks and vehicles in people's houses, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team has arranged a permanent fire truck at the scene.
