The Light Concert - New Year 2025 will take place on the evening of January 18. The organizers will conduct a rehearsal of the program on the evening of January 17.

- Lac Long Quan route: From 6pm to 12am, cars are prohibited from moving from Lac Long Quan - Xuan La intersection to Lac Long Quan - Au Co intersection; motorbikes are prohibited from moving from lane 655 Lac Long Quan to lane 683 Lac Long Quan.
During this time, cars traveling on Lac Long Quan Street from Hoang Hoa Tham Street to Au Co Street turn left onto Xuan La Street to Vo Chi Cong Street.
Vehicles traveling on An Duong Vuong Street go straight onto Au Co Street, do not turn right onto Lac Long Quan Street.
Vehicles traveling on Au Co Street go straight onto An Duong Vuong Street, do not turn left onto Lac Long Quan Street.
For motorbikes, vehicles traveling on Lac Long Quan street from Xuan La street to Au Co street to alley 655 Lac Long Quan turn around to alley 603 Lac Long Quan to Vo Chi Cong street.
Vehicles traveling on Lac Long Quan street from Au Co street to Xuan La street, turn right to Vo Chi Cong street at lane 683 Lac Long Quan.
- Nguyen Hoang Ton route: From 6pm to 12am, the entire route from Vo Chi Cong - Nguyen Hoang Ton intersection to Lac Long Quan flower garden is banned.
Vehicles traveling on Vo Chi Cong Street from Ring Road 2 to Nhat Tan Bridge, go straight on Vo Chi Cong Street, do not turn right onto Nguyen Hoang Ton Street.
- Ve Ho Street: From 6pm to midnight, all cars are banned from Ve Ho Street; motorbikes are banned from the beginning of Ve Ho Street to alley 378 Lac Long Quan.
During this time, cars traveling on Lac Long Quan Street from Hoang Hoa Tham Street to Au Co Street turn left onto Xuan La Street to Vo Chi Cong Street.
Motorbikes go on Ve Ho street to alley 378 Lac Long Quan, turn left onto Lac Long Quan street, turn around at alley 655 Lac Long Quan and turn into alley 603 Lac Long Quan to Vo Chi Cong street.
- Nhat Chieu Street: From 6pm to midnight, all cars and motorbikes are prohibited.
During this time, vehicles traveling from To Ngoc Van Street through Tay Ho Flower Valley to 179 Nhat Chieu Street go straight to Vu Tuan Chieu Street then turn left into alley 612 Lac Long Quan to reach Lac Long Quan Street.
In the opposite direction, from Vu Tuan Chieu street, do not turn right onto Nhat Chieu street but go straight to To Ngoc Van street.
