On June 23, at a working session on the progress of disbursement of public investment capital for the two Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway projects, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi requested localities and investors to focus on ensuring responsibility and commitment to progress.

Provincial leaders criticized the investor of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project for delays in completing legal procedures, technical design documents and credit contracts.
The province requests that the relevant contents must be completed by July 15 at the latest to be eligible for construction deployment.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the requirement for investors to mobilize sufficient resources, take advantage of existing land, and organize construction according to the motto "where there is land, construction is carried out there".
The Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project is more than 73km long, with a total investment of nearly 18,000 billion VND, passing through 10 communes and wards with 2,464 affected households, and a recovered area of more than 681ha.
In 2026, the project was allocated nearly 2,940 billion VND of public investment capital, and more than 331 billion VND has been disbursed for compensation and support.

According to the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 of Lam Dong province, so far localities have handed over about 421ha of land, reaching more than 67%.
However, the contractor has only leveled and cleared the ground, and has not started construction because the technical design documents and estimates of the route sections have not been approved.
Director of Lam Dong Department of Construction Le Ngoc Tien said that the responsibility for the slow progress belongs to the investor when the dossier was not completed as committed, although he promised to complete the design drawings on May 30, but has not implemented it, expected to be completed in July.

For the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project, 66km long, with a total investment of more than 18,000 billion VND, more than 76ha of land has been handed over.
In 2026, the project was allocated nearly 1,750 billion VND, and about 204 billion VND has been disbursed. However, some items have not yet completed technical design approval and credit contract signing, affecting the overall progress.
Provincial leaders requested departments, branches, localities and investors to closely coordinate and remove obstacles to accelerate the progress of the two key expressway projects.
