On January 28, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee just issued a notice of the conclusion of Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, after a working session with departments, agencies, branches and the Consortium of investors of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project.
The investor consortium includes T&T Transport Infrastructure Investment and Development Co., Ltd. Phuong Trang Group - FUTA Group; Phuong Thanh Transport Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
According to the conclusion, the investor's project investment preparation is slow compared to the set plan, lacking proactiveness in coordination with localities.
From June 2025 to now, the volume of bomb and mine clearance, explosives and new technical design has reached about 20%.
Technical design and construction drawing design have not been completed according to plan; the organizational and personnel apparatus of the investor is slow to be consolidated, not meeting work requirements.
Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested the investor to urgently complete the organization, consolidate the apparatus, and arrange project management offices in the Da Lat area and field offices in localities to ensure progress.
The investor needs to quickly develop a plan and project implementation schedule, clearly identify key stages and steps in January. At the same time, coordinate with the Lam Dong Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the People's Committees of relevant communes and wards to review and identify priority locations for handing over land to serve construction.
Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 (Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee) is assigned to take the lead in monitoring, urging and coordinating with investors and related units in the project implementation process.
The Lam Dong Provincial Land Development Center and People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for coordinating with investors in handing over land in accordance with regulations, ensuring progress.
The Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and investors to accelerate tasks and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles so that the project can be implemented on schedule.
The Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project is more than 73km long, starting point in Ward 1 Bao Loc, ending point intersecting with the Lien Khuong - Prenn expressway (Hiep Thanh commune, Lam Dong province).
The road passes through 10 communes and wards, has a scale of 4 lanes, designed speed of 100km/h, total investment of nearly 18,000 billion VND, and is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2027.
Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway is an important piece of the expressway connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Da Lat.
