Accelerate simultaneous construction
The two expressways Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong have a total length of nearly 140km, with a total investment of more than 36,000 billion VND.
This is a strategic traffic axis connecting the Central Highlands with the southern key economic region.

The expressway not only opens up new development space for Lam Dong but is also expected to promote regional linkages, develop logistics, tourism and attract investment.
After a period of completing procedures and removing difficulties, at the end of April 2026, 14 construction teams simultaneously launched operations, and the shape of the key expressway is gradually taking shape.

The Tan Phu - Bao Loc project has 927 affected cases with a compensation area of more than 393ha. To date, the province has approved compensation for 590 cases, reaching more than 64%, with a total budget of about 610 billion VND.
Meanwhile, the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong project has more than 2,400 affected cases with a compensation area of about 537ha.
The locality has approved compensation plans for more than 96% of cases with a total budget of more than 2,695 billion VND; more than 1,670 households have received money and handed over land.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee - assessed that the simultaneous deployment of 14 construction fronts is the result of a thorough preparation process, close calculations associated with reality.
The organization of many parallel construction teams aims to maximize the time fund, flexibly according to the progress of site handover.

At many locations along the route such as Km162, Km166, Km186+819 and sections passing through Bao Lam 2 commune, construction and leveling work has been urgently deployed from the early days.
Mr. Nguyen Quy Hoang - Project Commander of Phuong Thanh Company - said that the unit is accelerating construction at locations that meet the conditions to compensate for progress, ensuring the project is completed on schedule and with quality.
People agree to hand over land
Along with the determination of the government and investors, people in the project area have agreed to hand over the site for the long-term benefit of the locality.

Mr. Bui Quang Kham - Head of Residential Group 18, Ward 1, Bao Loc - said that there are more than 100 households in the area subject to land acquisition to implement the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project.
People are very agreeing and supporting the project. Most households have received compensation money and are urgently handing over the site to the construction unit," Mr. Kham said.
Mr. Do Van Tin (Bao Lam 2 commune) has 1.1ha of production land in the area to be recovered to serve the construction of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway.

This is a large project of the State, serving the long-term development of the whole region, so when compensated reasonably, people are always ready to accompany the project to be implemented soon," Mr. Tin shared.
Mr. Luu Hong Long - Chairman of Da Huoai Commune People's Committee, the locality has handed over about 50% of the site to the construction unit. However, the biggest difficulty currently is still the application of compensation prices.

One project but with two different compensation prices at different times, leading to a difference of about 3 billion VND for 37 households. The locality is focusing on completing legal documents and committing to hand over the entire site before June 30," Mr. Long said.
Mr. Ho Van Muoi - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee - emphasized: "This is not only a key project of the province but also a national key project. Everyone must be dedicated, devoted, and implement it every day, every hour with the spirit of not being slow.

Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, and localities to strengthen coordination, handle dossiers as soon as they are resolved; and at the same time thoroughly grasp the spirit of "where there is land, construct there" to ensure the progress of the entire project.
