In which, the Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Transport and Agricultural Works (Management Board) of Da Nang to review the completion time of 5 projects: Road connecting from DT. 609C to National Highway 14B (An Binh bridge); Road connecting National Highway 14H to DT. 609C (Song Thu bridge); Van Ly Bridge and access road; Tam Hoa main road connecting from National Highway 1 to Vo Chi Cong road and DT. 613B (Tam Hoa bridge); Dredging, emergency flood drainage and saltwater intrusion prevention of Co Co river, Hoi An city (Nghia Tu bridge).
For the road project connecting from DT. 609C to National Highway 14B (An Binh bridge), the City Land Fund Development Center and Ha Nha Commune People's Committee must complete the approval of the compensation plan and mobilize households to hand over land before April 15. At the road project connecting QL. 14H to DT. 609C (Song Thu bridge), the City Land Fund Development Center coordinates with Thu Bon Commune People's Committee to approve the remaining compensation plan (0.4km) before April 15; strive to hand over clean land in May.
At the Van Ly bridge and access road project, the City Land Fund Development Center and People's Committees of communes: Dien Ban Tay, Dai Loc strive to hand over clean ground in May. The Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to advise on resolving recommendations on resettlement land prices and supplementing land supply from the Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Factory project at lot CN8 (Dai An Industrial Cluster, Dai Loc commune) and the project to build a training army training academy (phase 2).

For the Nghia Tu bridge project belonging to the Co Co river dredging project, the City Land Fund Development Center coordinates with the People's Committee of Dien Ban Dong ward to complete site clearance for 20 households and implement the construction of a resettlement area serving 4 households in the West. The Department of Agriculture and Environment advises on the land price of the 21.5m road of the Thong Nhat Residential Area project (phase 1) and applies compensation for adjacent garden and pond land to affected households.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to guide and thoroughly handle the recommendations of VN Da Thanh Group Joint Stock Company. The Department of Finance is assigned to guide the use of capital from the Co Co river dredging project to invest in building a rearward renovation area into ROSEDO Urban Area to serve 06 resettlement plots as requested by the Management Board.
Regarding the Tam Hoa main road project connecting National Highway 1 to Vo Chi Cong road and DT. 613B (Tam Hoa bridge), the official dispatch clearly stated that this is a project with a high risk of slow progress. Requesting units to hand over the entire site no later than June. In which, definitively handle cases related to residential land and shrimp farms of people in April.
