Son La - The authorities have identified the victim of the traffic accident between a passenger bus and a tractor-trailer on National Highway 6 that killed 6 people.

On the morning of February 22, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of Yen Chau District People's Committee informed that the traffic accident occurred at 11:22 at Km 235 + 100 National Highway 6 in Ban Thin, Sup Vat Commune.

At that time, a passenger car with license plate 26F - 009.08 driven by Mr. Nguyen Dinh H (born in 1983, residing in Village 1, Phu Luu Te Commune, My Duc District, Hanoi) traveling from Son La to Hanoi collided with a tractor-trailer with license plate 36C - 095.93 pulling a semi-trailer with license plate 36R - 004.73 driven by Mr. Do Xuan T (born in 1986, residing in Xuan Mai Apartment, Dong Hai Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province) traveling in the opposite direction.

As a result, the accident killed 6 people, injured 9 people, and damaged 2 cars blocking the entire road.

The list of 6 deaths includes:

1. Mr. Do Xuan T - a tractor-trailer driver.

2. Ms. Duong Thi T, born in 1990, resides in Group 3, To Hieu Ward, Son La City, Son La Province.

3. Ms. Nguyen Thi N, born in 1994 in Binh Minh Sub-area, Co Noi Commune, Mai Son District, Son La Province.

4. Van Minh V, born in 2019 - son of Ms. Nguyen Thi N

5. Mr. Doan Van P, born in 1950, resides in Sub-zone 15, Thuan Chau Town, Thuan Chau District, Son La Province.

6. Mr. Doan Van T, born in 1960, resides in Sub-zone 8, Thuan Chau town, Thuan Chau district, Son La province.

The accident is being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
