Initial information, the traffic accident occurred at about 8:30 am on February 14 on National Highway 20, passing through Ward 3 Bao Loc (Lam Dong).
At the above time, a car with license plate 51L-196. 83 driven by Mr. Pham Van Hung (24 years old, residing in Bao Lam 2 commune, Lam Dong province) was traveling in the direction from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat.
When reaching the section passing through hamlet 5, Dai Lao commune, near the top of Bao Loc pass, the car suddenly rushed to the left side of the road, climbed onto the sidewalk, and hit Ms. Tran Thi Mui (83 years old, residing in hamlet 5, Dai Lao commune) who was walking.
As a result, the accident caused Ms. Mui to die on the spot; the car was heavily damaged in the front.
