According to information from the railway industry, the departure and arrival times of some trains from Hai Phong, Lao Cai to Hanoi and vice versa have been adjusted to avoid temporary suspension or restrictions on traffic for the celebration.
On the Hanoi - Hai Phong route, LP8/LP7 trains running on August 24, August 27, August 29 and September 1 will end their journey and depart at Long Bien station. The LP2/LP3, LP5/LP6 trains running on August 30 and September 2 will also end and depart at Long Bien station.
The LP5 train runs on August 21, August 24, August 27, departs at Long Bien station at 3:00 p.m.; the HP1 train runs on August 30 and September 2 depart at Long Bien station; the HP2 train from Hai Phong on August 21, August 24, August 27, August 29 and September 1 will end its journey at Long Bien station.
On the Hanoi - Lao Cai route, SP7/SP8 trains running on August 21, August 24, August 27, August 29 and September 1 will end their journey and depart at Gia Lam station.
The SP3 train runs on August 21, August 24, August 27, August 29 and September 29 starting at Gia Lam station. The SP4 train departs from Lao Cai station on August 29 and September 1, ending its journey at Gia Lam station the next day.
